If we knew how hard chasing a dream would be, maybe we wouldn’t choose it. But the becoming that happens in the middle—the kind that rips you out of your cocoon—is sacred.

The last 7 months have been some of the most difficult, stretching months of my life—and strangely, I think that’s exactly how it’s meant to be.

This season is building my resilience, my faith, and most of all, a deep certainty that outweighs fear, doubt, and the unknown.

I pray. I rest. I read. I reach for light—even when the days feel heavy.
I show up for my body with movement and nourishment. I put on my makeup. I pour into my clients with everything I have.

I take time with myself and for myself—quietly preparing for what’s to come. Because to be human is to know: sometimes the most sacred act is to go inward, to ready the soul in stillness, and let the rest flow in like grace.

Because I believe—truly—that it’s all happening for me, not to me.
And because little by little, the little becomes a lot.

One step at a time.
Even when I can’t see the stair—I trust it’s there. ❤️

My heart is so full. Every time I travel for a destination wedding, I’m reminded why I love what I do so deeply.

Some of the best education in life comes from seeing the world—through the lens of different people, cultures, histories, and ways of being. Traveling to do what I love reminds me how beauty is universal, yet deeply personal.

Being chosen to be part of one of the most important days in someone’s life is an honor I don’t take lightly. I pour my heart into every look because I know the effort it takes for someone to bring me across the world just to be there. And when a bride looks back at her photos, I’m part of that memory—what a gift that is.

This trip took me to Manchester for the first time, and while I’ve been to London before, this city brought something fresh and special. The architecture, the castles, the history… Europe has my heart.

I love this quote because it’s simple—and so deeply true.
In a world shaped by instant gratification and curated highlight reels, it’s easy to believe success happens overnight. We scroll through filtered lives and forget that every story began with a single, quiet step.

Behind every win is a series of small, often unseen actions: the early mornings, the hard choices, the consistent effort. It’s those tiny steps—the ones that don’t always feel productive—that build momentum.

People often ask me how I found the courage to leave Canada and start over here. My answer is always the same: faith. I had faith that the same God who placed this dream in my heart would give me the strength to see it through.

But faith doesn’t work alone—it walks hand in hand with action. Some days, what I do feels small. But I trust that these “little” things are adding up to something greater than I can see right now.

What this post is really about is realizing the difference between doing things from a place of fear versus a place of joy, grace, and faith.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve poured my heart into my business. Making women feel beautiful is deeply rooted in me, and while my work brings me so much joy, I now see that I’ve sometimes let the hustle take over. Hustle energy often comes from fear — fear that if we don’t push hard enough, things won’t work out.

But I’m learning to shift. I want to build my success from a place of receiving — with trust, ease, and alignment. It’s not about working less, it’s about working with grace, staying in the right energy, and believing that everything is unfolding as it should.

I’ve also been practicing the art of noticing — paying attention to small moments of joy that lift my energy and keep me aligned with what I desire.

As Einstein said,
“Everything is energy. Match the frequency of the reality you want, and you cannot help but get that reality.”

So here’s to choosing grace, and faith over fear — and trusting that the right opportunities, people, and moments are flowing toward you.

How can both of these versions exist in me?

Ever heard the saying, “There is peace within my walls and prosperity within my palace”?

One of the ways inner peace comes for me is by following through on the things I know are good for me, even when they’re uncomfortable—because the feeling of restlessness that comes from wanting to do something but not acting on it definitely doesn’t bring peace.

As for prosperity, the more we do these things and keep our promises to ourselves, the more we begin to vibrate at a different level—one that attracts prosperity not just into our lives, but into our minds and spirits. And with that, new opportunities always seem to follow.

Growth doesn’t always happen in big, life-changing moments. It’s in the small, everyday choices—the ones that stretch us, strengthen us, and bring us closer to the person we’re becoming.

It’s not just about training the body; it’s about showing up for ourselves, keeping our promises to ourselves.
